-firstday internship please bring official letter LI placement
-everyday internship please bring LOG BOOK (yellow book color) and take organization supervisor signature by week.
-firstday internship, please POS borang pengesahan lapor diri
-firstday internship, please identify and CONTACT your PENYELIA AKADEMIK LI
-oneweek internship, to students who are willing to change the organization please notify the ULIP and POS borang lawatan persetujuan penempatan LI

-threeweek internship, visitor from penyelia akademik LI, sistem dan laporan LI 30% WAJIB dah siap. (sistem sehingga fasa rekabentuk, laporan sehingga bab3)

-organization supervisor need to POST laporan penyelia industri
-after presentation student need to SUBMIT 2 handcover report COKLAT code:537 & 2 softcopy report/sistem cd and buku log
